Avanta is shortlisted for Employer of the Year award
A commitment to highest levels of employee satisfaction, training and work ethics has seen Avanta Managed Offices shortlisted in the South of England final of the ‘Employer of the Year Award’ at the National Business Awards.
Avanta will be competing for the top award against diverse public and private sector organisations as back-packers website Hostelbookers and the Metropolitan Police. “As a fairly young, but rapidly expanding serviced office company we have focussed on the quality of our employee training, recognition, benefits and opportunities, which in turn has ensured that our team are productive, motivated and, above all else, enjoy working for Avanta,” comments Jill Jackson, Avanta’s director of client services and personnel development.

Finalists will now be preparing to make their presentations in person before an independent and expert judging panel from 1st -12th June. Winners will be unveiled at a glittering gala dinner and awards ceremony at the Hilton Park Lane hotel in London on 14th July.
