Avanta Managed Offices has completed a full upgrade of the former MLS serviced office centre at 26 Dover Street at a cost of over £430,000, to bring it up to the standard befitting a Mayfair location.

Avanta’s managing director, David Alberto, comments, “This centre is in a prime location and so we are delighted to be able to add it to our ever-expanding portfolio of business centres in our core London market.  The extensive refurbishment of the building infrastructure, as well as new IT, security systems and furniture as well as upgrades to lighting and ventilation systems was carried out in conjunction with constant liaison with existing office clients.

“The refurbishment of this centre underscores the robustness of our business in London and our expectations for market improvement.  We recently expanded our City of London centre at Devonshire Square, by an additional 15,000 sq ft, and have just exchanged contracts on a further City centre, at One Fetter lane.   This brings the number of Avanta business centres in central London to 14 and increases our overall UK portfolio to 19 locations.”
