Avanta’s business centresWhat we look for…Avanta has an active acquisitions programme and is opening business centres throughout the country. Here are some of the things we look for in future offices…
Prime business locationsAvanta’s business centres all occupy prime business addresses and can be found in the UK’s principal towns and cities, including London, Reading, Birmingham and Manchester (*coming soon). See latest locations.
SizeTo become an Avanta business centre the building has to have scope for a staffed reception area (ideally ground floor), a wide selection of offices and multiple meeting and training rooms.
Character / styleSome of our buildings are modern – such as our business centre in Hammersmith , whilst others are period style, including our Birmingham and historic London / City offices.
Basically we look for sites that have presence, character and status within the districts we occupy.
Potential !In most cases we acquire buildings and then refurbish them extensively, to provide flexible office space, a cutting edge comms infrastructure and creature comforts such as air conditioning and spacious communal areas.
Whatever the façade, Avanta buildings are ultra-modern business centres beneath the skin!
