Our experienced serviced office centre teams will forward your post at cost same business day, to up to three  mailing addresses.

There’ll be no mention of Avanta serviced office centres in your mailing address, which is a popular feature with our virtual office clients.

As well as a mailing address you can opt for call answering . We can provide you with any UK STD code or non-geographic format to place you in the right area.

After which the centralised virtual PA team at our Hammersmith serviced office centre will answer calls in your company name.

They will then forward calls to whatever number you specify or to your Avanta voicemail box.

As a virtual office client you can also access the wi fi equipped communal areas in our serviced offices for free – and you’ll enjoy free membership of our private members’ club in London W1.

Virtual office clients also enjoy generous discounts on the meeting and training rooms at all our serviced office centres.

And because your virtual office service is attached to our “bricks and mortar” serviced office centres you can meet clients at the address on your letterhead.

Meeting and training rooms

Meeting and training rooms are available at all Avanta serviced office locations and in a variety of sizes and layouts.

Our serviced office staff, including events planners, will make sure your meeting or training event runs smoothly, by offering a range of optional services including catering and video conferencing .

Most Avanta meeting and training rooms are air conditioned and wi fi equipped and you’re welcome to use the communal spaces in our serviced offices for free.

Technology is a real feature of our serviced office centres. Larger meeting and training rooms are equipped with plasma screens, digital projectors, audio / video conferencing and advanced data facilities.

All of which makes them perfect solutions if you need to run a presentation, training event or product launch in the professional surroundings of a prime located business centre.

Serviced office solutions

Maybe you need to establish a satellite sales office in a new district – or to relocate your sales team to prime located offices – or to house a project team for 6 months. Our serviced office solution can help.

Your serviced office licence will cover all the basics – including your space, heat, lighting, furniture, power and facilities management.

A flat rate, per person monthly fee (currently under £40) then covers all of your office services, including beverages, reception, concierge and a generous photocopying quota for serviced office clients.

Your VoIP phone solution is similarly charged, monthly per person (current fee £???), giving you call answering, VOiP handset, free UK landline calls and dedicated number(s) to your serviced office.

Serviced office clients can also book our meeting and training rooms, catering services and secretarial services at preferential rates – and you’ll have free membership of our private members’ club.
