Avanta has highly equipped meeting and training rooms at each of its serviced office centres , ranging from two person rooms to spaces capable of hosting events for 80 people.

But providing the meeting and training room is only part of what we can do for you!

Within each of our serviced office centres we have event coordinators who can help you arrange all the details connected with your meeting and training room event.

Call or visit them prior to your event and they can take care of everything, from meeting and training room layout and furnishing to laying on drinks, snacks or full buffets at reasonable prices.

We can also bring in our technical people to configure plasma screens, projectors, multiple laptop access, audio or video conferencing and additional internet access for your meeting and training room event.

And our meeting and training room coordinators will talk to you about any special arrangements you might need for welcoming and marshalling your guests as they arrive.

We can configure your meeting and training room solution with multiple rooms, support services or a unique facility: the option of staging an evening reception at our W1 private members club.
