Unlike some serviced office companies, Avanta has a centrally located, dedicated team to answer calls to our serviced office and virtual office clients.

The call centre is based at our serviced office centre (and corporate HQ) in Hammersmith. There our team of five switchboard operators (plus comms manager) answer nearly 20,000 calls a month.

Of course, our serviced office and virtual office clients have their own dedicated numbers and so calls can be answered in their own company names.

And because the team has no distractions (just the best call answering technology) they’re able to answer 93% of calls to serviced office and virtual office clients within ten seconds.

Taken with a 99.8% of all calls picked up successfully, the team’s achieving performance figures virtually unheard of in the serviced office and virtual office industries.

But they’re taking nothing for granted. Serviced office occupiers at our Hammersmith serviced office centre might have noticed a number of large flat panel screens being delivered in spring 2007.

These display the performance statistics for call answering in real-time so that the team can manage its call workload at peak efficiency.
