Avanta launches two new west end business centres

Portfolio of serviced offices suites expected to double in the next two years

Avanta has opened two new business centres which offer around 50,000 sq ft of serviced office space in the West End .

The opening of 31 Southampton Row , Holborn, and 48 Charlotte Street brings Avanta’s portfolio of managed business space centres in the West End to seven. The company opened its first centre less than two years ago and has enjoyed rapid growth, now managing over 220,000 sq ft of office space across the capital.

Both business centre has already attracted significant interest and will already have an occupancy rate of around 30% upon opening. All Avanta business centres which have been open more than six months have an occupancy rate in excess of 90%.

David Alberto is Avanta’s managing director. He said: “There is huge occupier demand for unbranded, competitively priced, flexible business space. Our business plan is to double our portfolio of business centres in London within two years and to be managing a million sq ft within this time frame.”
