AVANTA APPOINTS AGENT A-TEAMServiced office company Avanta has appointed a team of letting agents for its business centres across London and the Thames Valley.
Avanta’s business centres already enjoy an average occupancy rate of 80%, six months after opening, and by recruiting the services of London’s leading letting agents it is intended to further drive up occupancy rates to close on capacity.
Specialist central London agents Kinney Green have been appointed as agents on Avanta’s West End, Hammersmith and Victoria business centres. This encompasses a total of eight office locations in prime positions in the heart of the capital.
International real estate company Jones Lang LaSalle has been appointed as letting agents on the newly opened Austin Friars business centre in the City of London. The 55,000 sq ft building is already two thirds let, and Avanta is confident of further lettings to follow.
Completing the hat trick of agents is Vail Williams who will be acting for Avanta’s business centre in Reading. Dukesbridge House is a 22,000 sq ft office building in a prime location in close proximity to the town centre.

Avanta has a portfolio of 11 business centres, based in the West End and across London, and including properties in Reading and Birmingham. The company now manages over 380,000 sq ft of office space.
