AVANTA EXPLORES INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

UK serviced office company Avanta is launching a prestigious new London business centre at MIPIM and is attending this year’s event to seek new opportunities to launch an international expansion drive.

Avanta is one of the UK’s fastest growing serviced office operators, with a portfolio of business centres in prime locations in London and key regions across the UK.  The company has unveiled its latest building at MIPIM; Grove House, Orange Street , in the heart of London’s West End. 

The building offers 15,000 sq ft of prime office accommodation on the doorstep of Trafalgar Square and is anticipated to open in April this year.  The five-floor building is owned by the Government and will offer a variety of spacious serviced offices and meeting and training rooms.

MIPIM is providing Avanta with a platform from which to develop its international business.  The company has ambitious plans to open its first overseas business centres later this year and is targeting the Middle East, India and the United States as potential new markets.
