Serviced office company Avanta has launched a new package of meeting and training room facilities. The new MTR service has been launched at the company’s prestigious business centre at 18 Hanover Square , in the heart of London’s Mayfair.

Serviced office company Avanta has launched a new meeting and training room service at it’s business centre at the heart of London’s Mayfair; 18 Hanover Square.

Aimed at companies who wish to hire space for a team away day, conducting interviews, training courses or running board meetings, Avanta’s new MTR (Meeting and Training Rooms ) package offers a tailored solution to make it a success.

The concept behind Avanta’s MTR service is to take care of every detail to ensure businesses can focus 100% on their agenda, leaving Avanta to provide a full support service and necessary facilities.

Rooms range from small spaces for one-to-one meetings, to large open areas capable of hosting up to 100 delegates.

Meeting and Training Rooms at 18 Hanover Square are fully equipped with the latest technology in audio and video conferencing . Companies using the service are allocated a dedicated co-ordinator from Avanta’s experienced team to ensure all requirements are meet in the run up to the meeting or training, and on the day itself.

In addition, the MTR package also boasts comfortable communal spaces with WI-FI in which to relax or hold break-out sessions, with catering and secretarial services included.
