Avanta Hits Regent Street With New Business Centre

Serviced office company Avanta has further expanded its growing portfolio of business centres with the launch of a new London service office in Regent Street.

271 Regent Street will be Avanta’s sixth business centre (http://www.avanta.co.uk/page/Regent_Street ) in the West End, after the company agreed an eight year lease on the 28,000 sq ft building with landlord Norwich Union.  The company now run eleven business centres in total, throughout London, along with locations in the Thames Valley and Birmingham.
