New Chef at Vanilla
 

AVANTA CUSTOMERS ENJOY AN EXCLUSIVE TASTE OF VANILLA AS NEW CHEF TAKES THE REIGNS


Serviced office company Avanta has appointed a new chef at its exclusive restaurant and members club, Vanilla.

Opening earlier this year and based on Great Titchfield in the West End, Vanilla is an restaurant, bar and cocktail lounge which provides Avanta’s customers with an exclusive environment in which to relax and unwind away from the office, and entertain clients and business partners.

The new Head Chef at the restaurant is Izi Ani, who is set to introduce a range of new menus to help build on Vanilla’s increasing popularity among Avanta’s customers.

Izi Ani has built a reputation as one of the UK’s most exciting young culinary talents, and brings with him to Vanilla over ten years experience in many of the world’s leading restaurants, where he rubbed shoulders with some of world’s most renowned chefs. He spent eighteen months working with Paul Haeberlin at L’Auberge de L’ill, a three-Michelin star restaurant in Paris. Izi has also plied his trade in Spain, and held the senior sous chef position at the two-Michelin star The square restaurant, in London’s Mayfair.

Vanilla boasts a cutting edge design and a futuristic fit-out, with an all-white interior and colour-changing lighting with crystal chandeliers. The furnishings include retro sofas, oval tables and huge mirrors to provide a stunning yet intimate effect.

There is a comprehensive food menu for lunch time and evening diners, which ranges from a la carte providing modern European cuisine, to a simple light food selection at the bar. The lounge area can accommodate 50 covers, with the restaurant seating 35 diners.
