FESTIVE CHEER AS AVANTA CUSTOMERS HAVE CHRISTMAS ALL WRAPPED UPAvanta, the company which operates business centres across London and the UK, has given it’s customers an early Christmas present with the launch of a new service aimed at taking the stress and strain out of the festive season.
The company’s Concierge Department is launching a special service this Christmas for occupiers across all Avanta’s business centres, to help their festive arrangements run as smoothly and hassle-free as possible.
Avanta’s dedicated concierge team is available round the clock to assist with seasonal inquiries such as organising the office Christmas party, sourcing gifts for clients of suppliers, finding last-minutes seats on a plane to escape the Winter and find some sunshine, or even booking front row seats for the annual panto.
All office workers in Avanta business centres are able to access the Concierge Service direct from the desk, simply by telephoning a hotline from their Cisco handsets.
Chris Taylor, Avanta’s Director of Marketing and Development, said: “While Christmas is a time for celebration, it is also one of the most stressful times of the year. Our customers have to juggle organising their festive activities with their on-going day-to-day job, which can be a daunting prospect.
“The Christmas concierge service effectively provides business people in our centres with a second pair of hands to take care of the entire time-consuming festive organisation. This frees up their time to focus on running their business, and of course being able to relax and soak up the joys of Christmas outside office hours!”
