Avanta Broker contest winners to visit India Instant Offices has become the winner of a recently concluded sales contest to support Avanta’s three business centres in India. As a result of winning the competition, the UK-based web broker has been awarded a week-long, all-expenses paid trip to India, sponsored by Avanta. David, Alberto, managing director of Avanta, commented, “Avanta India has been able to show impressive occupancy levels in all three serviced office centres in Mumbai and New Delhi. This has been possible mainly due to the immense contributions made by our partners – particularly web brokers – in referring clients and helping close deals. “As a committed player, keen on setting new standards in the market, we wanted to reward our partners and build strong long-term relationships with them. This trip will allow the winners to experience Avanta’s world class serviced office facilities in India, as well as soak up the culture and visit tourist destinations in these two cities.” The contest, which ran between November 2008 and April 2009, met with enthusiastic response from all web brokers, considering this was the first such contest organised by any service office company in India. The participant brokers were asked to close as many deals as possible during this six month period for the three Avanta India facilities, and the company which closed the most deals was declared the winner. Instant Offices can select any two team members to visit India on this all expenses paid week–long trip and also utilise the opportunity to understand the exciting and fast-growing serviced office market in India from close quarters. The ‘Visit India’ trip for brokers is in addition to the commission given on deals closed.
