14/01/2008 - Avanta Opens New Business Centre in Manchester

AVANTA OPENS NEW BUSINESS CENTRE IN MANCHESTER Growing serviced office company Avanta is expanding its portfolio of managed business space with the launch of its first business centre in Manchester. Avanta has acquired a 9,000 sq ft office development at Royal Mills , Ancoats Urban Village, close to the City’s cosmopolitan Northern Quarter. The building is owned by Kenmore Property Group, who last year funded a management buyout of the serviced office company. The company already has a strong presence in London and across the Thames Valley , and this will be the first business centre to be launched in the North West. The building enjoys a prime city centre location, in close proximity to key retail, commercial and nightlife zones, while situated on the doorstep of the transport hubs of Picadilly and Victoria stations. The building is also adjacent to the inner ring road, with fast motorway access. As with all Avanta business centres, Royal Mills features cutting edge communications technology, including VoIP telephone systems, scaleable broadband web access and dedicated computer rooms. There is also wi fi enabled communal areas, a secure reception area and fully equipped meeting and training rooms.
