Our Oxford Circus business centre at 271 Regent Street provides 5 meeting rooms and training rooms available for hire in a range of different configurations just off London’s Oxford Street from just £38 per hour.  This is a truly impressive office space in which to hold your meeting with its convenient location and stunning views of Oxford Circus.

The meeting rooms are adjacent to the Wi-Fi equipped breakout area, and all benefit from air conditioning, flip chart, white board with pens, AV equipment and free internet provision. Video conferencing is also available in the larger meeting rooms with free IP to IP calls.

The meeting rooms can be arranged in a number of different layouts including boardroom, horse shoe, theatre and classroom style with a conference room available for up to 22 people. There’s also a delicious catering menu to choose from including breakfast, healthy salads and a full range of sandwiches and finger buffets, available with all meeting room bookings*.

In addition to all this, there’s a highly trained centre team on hand to help with meeting your guests, layout, catering and equipment.

Our Regent Street business centre is located on the North West corner of Oxford Circus, giving you the perfect location to hold your meeting in the heart of the West End. Audio Conferencing

Most of our meeting and training rooms are equipped with Polyphone, an omni-directional microphone and speaker system for group audio conferencing use.

Simply book the time and space you need and either use your own audio-conferencing service or ours (offered through Intercall). The Avanta audio-conferencing service is easy to use and requires no operator intervention and no reservations. Audio conferencing participants can be based anywhere in the world and we can provide freephone or local rate access numbers if you need them. Unlike many audio-conferencing services there are no cancellation penalties and no requirement for special equipment or knowledge.

Video Conferencing

IP Video conferencing is available in most of our locations in partnership with Hot AV and Intercall Conferencing. The technology is easy to use and is 100% compatible with other IP Video Conferencing systems. You can involve 2 or 2,000 delegates in your videoconferencing, using Intercalls high quality video streaming across secure networks.

Our Day Delegate Package is a simple way to book an all day meeting where you will be looked after from arrival to conclusion. The package includes meeting room hire, tea/coffee and biscuits, lunch or breakfast for all delegates, unlimited still/sparkling water, whiteboard, flipchart and markers, pads and pencils, LCD projector or Plasma screen (on request) and free Wi-Fi. Below shows what's included on full day and half day packages:
