APM Property Consultants

APM Property Consultants was created by Avanta as a joint venture with Richard Douglas in January 2010. The company operates as a commercial agency and property management company and its aim is to address the gap between a conventional lease and serviced office space.

APM works in two major areas; with tenants who are looking to take on large amounts of space on either a traditional or an inclusive managed lease, but do not want the serviced office option, and with landlords who have large amounts of office space for which they wish to find tenants, for terms of approximately 2-5 years or more.
