"... a couple of members of staff including me have meetings in London nearly every day, and although we normally meet clients in their offices, occasionally we need a meeting room and that's when we use 10 Margaret Street, or once or twice, other offices in the group. It's good to be confident that no matter what happens, delays, misunderstandings about time or place, the staff at 10 Margaret Street deal with it all, make sure our guests are looked after, push tea or coffee at them, and generally make them feel comfortable.
