Pointy Hat Productions Ltd are an animated feature film production company. 32 people used Avanta’s Lyric Square building for a project, delivered theatrically in 2010.

The location of the building was excellent, as it is convenient for airports, gives onto the beautiful Lyric Square, and is adjacent to the Lyric Theatre. We were very pleased with the facilities and communications services, from the plush and comfortable meeting rooms and seating areas to the helpful technical support. Due to our high volume of employees and the scope of our production, we were quite “needy” in different ways; and Avanta’s management/employees were constantly friendly, hardworking, and keen to assist us with anything we requested, always to the best of their ability.
