Location

17 Hanover Square is one of 4 Avanta business centres in Mayfair.  Synonymous with high end businesses and luxury retail, this part of town is also a hugely popular office space location. Hanover Square itself is located directly behind Oxford Street, just a few minutes’ walk from both Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube stations which connects users to the Jubilee, Central, Victoria and Bakerloo lines. This makes the location extremely convenient to travel to, no matter where in the capital you are coming from.

Regent Street runs parallel to the east side of the square, with Bond Street to the west. Hanover Square itself is a popular location for sunny afternoons when office workers congregate for an informal alfresco lunch.
