Different ways you could use our meeting and training room services
With a variety of meeting and training rooms available at our serviced office centres, we’re able to cater for a wide range of meeting and training needs, so the answer is everyone!

The company board
The Board of Greenfield Inc. needs a London meeting room where they can meet without distraction, off-site.
They chose an Avanta meeting and training room layout in Boardroom configuration and book it for half a day a month.
The meeting room facilities include plasma screen and digital projector for the Finance Director’s Powerpoint presentation…
…and the serviced office team provides catering, message taking and meeting minute typing whilst they’re in conference.
Avanta Video conferencing enabled the marketing director to join in from his ski lodge in Gstaad.
Although normally they’ll all meet at our Great Titchfield Street centre, which is close to their offices.
The training professional
Roger is a home-based freelance training manager who regularly needs training rooms for a variety of courses.
He’s busy so it’s particularly useful that our training room coordinators can organise everything from AV systems to the lunchtime buffet.
His courses are IT based so the multiple laptop access points and LANs are useful facilities, as are the fast web links in the training rooms.
As well as our training rooms he uses the wi fi enabled communal areas free of charge, for break out sessions…
And with Avanta business centres throughout London and now in Reading too, he can have training rooms close to his clients.
He especially likes our Victoria training rooms which are close to his biggest client.

The overseas business
PJ SA is a Spanish company that needs London meeting rooms to meet with its growing list of UK customers.
Avanta business centres give them a choice of meeting room layouts for their event, as well as a useful base when in London.
Often they book our meeting rooms by the hour and they use audio and video conferencing to involve colleagues back home.
Free use of our wi fi equipped communal areas also helps them keep in touch and they use our private members club for entertaining.
Our Hammersmith training rooms are a particular favourite with them, being close to Heathrow.

XYZ Inc markets PC software and use our meeting rooms to launch the products to their channel partners.
With Avanta’s event coordinators they set up virtual LANs with multiple laptop access in a satellite meeting room…
…so that their 150 delegates can get hands-on experience and training during the conference.
Video conferencing, fast web access and plasma screens allow the US CEO to drop in on proceedings.
And the Avanta meeting and training rooms team takes care of catering, visitor registration and typing.
They frequently use the conference rooms at our Great Titchfield business centre, which has a private members’ club for functions.

Bristol based, Robert often recruits senior executives and conducts interview sessions in central London.
Avanta’s Hanover Square business centre is his favourite meting location with its premier Mayfair address.
There he can be confident our meeting and training room team will take care of his VIP guests whilst he interviews
…as well as key details such as tea and coffee, message taking and typing up candidate notes.
Meeting rooms at Avanta’s new Reading business centre also interest Robert due to the location in the high tech Thames Valley.

With six home based executives covering London, ABC needs a central meeting location.
Avanta’s business centre in Holborn provides the perfect meeting location, with the Central and Piccadilly lines stopping nearby.
The meeting rooms have plasma screens and projectors for the monthly forecasts, as well as audio conferencing.
Plus the team uses our virtual office services - and several have asked about serviced offices.
And after a good sales month they celebrate at our private members club in W1 (using their free membership).
