Orange Street, London
Originally built in the 1670s, Orange Street runs from Haymarket eastwards towards Charing Cross Road and St Martins Place.
The National Portrait Gallery, adjoining the National Gallery, is located on the street. Orange Street itself is in the very heart of London, close to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, Covent Garden and Trafalgar Square. All of these landmarks are close by, as is Whitehall, the base of numerous government ministries (including Health, Defence and Work & Pensions) and the Prime Minister himself, in Downing Street. Many businesses, including BP, are based close by (in St James Place), and streets such as Haymarket, Pall Mall (with its exclusive clubs) and Piccadilly are amongst the capital’s most prestigious. Orange Street places you and your serviced office firmly in this neighbourhood.
London’s transport links are extremely good and nowhere more so than Orange Street. Piccadilly Circus tube station has stops for the Piccadilly line and Bakerloo line. Between them they link directly to Heathrow Airport, Euston, King’s Cross, Marylebone and Paddington mainline stations. Charing Cross mainline is a short walk from the business centre.
As well as providing a superb venue in which to work and meet, Orange Street places you in the heart of the action that is London’s West End. Hotels, theatres, restaurants, bars and Regent Street’s famous shops are all on your doorstep, providing plenty of diversions when work is over. A short stroll also takes you to St James’ Park, which sits beside the Mall, leading to Buckingham Palace.
