Guide to Victoria
Victoria is situated close to Buckingham Palace and to Westminster, the seat of UK national government and one of London’s principal landmark locations, with its historic abbey.
The Victoria district is a popular and prestigious location for business, with many international companies based there, attracted by its convenient, central location.Numerous charities and government departments are also located in Victoria – and there are other many neighbours including the famous police headquarters, New Scotland Yard, close by.
Victoria mainline station is the terminal for the Gatwick Express, which provides a direct link to one of London’s busiest international airports, as well as to much of the South of England.
Plus, you can reach Oxford Circus, the City financial district and London’s other mainline rail stations quickly and easily from Victoria Tube Station, using the Circle, District and Victoria lines.
Victoria itself is a great venue for business. There are many smart restaurants and hotels nearby, as well as an excellent shopping centre that provides every amenity.
