AVANTA OPENS NEW EALING CENTRE WITH A BANG
Serviced office company Avanta celebrated the opening of its latest business centre, Saunders House in Ealing, West London, with a sparkling reception, giving guests every reason to remember, remember the 5th November this year.
The new 17,000 sq ft Saunders House business centre offers grade ‘A’ office space across four floors, and is located in Ealing Broadway, on the doorstep of the tube station and mainline rail station and a wide range of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
Guests attending the event enjoyed tours of the fully refurbished building, along with a buffet lunch, and a prize draw with an opportunity to win a Supercar driving experience with former Grand Prix driver turned top motoring presenter, Tiff Needell.
It is the 6th new business centre to open in the UK this year, continuing the company’s strategy of expanding across London, the South East and key regional locations. Avanta now operates 18 business centres in the capital’s City and West End districts, the Thames Valley, Scotland, Manchester and Birmingham.
As with all Avanta business centres, Saunders House will feature cutting edge communications technology, including VoIP telephone systems, scaleable broadband web access and a dedicated computer room. There is also wi fi enabled communal areas, a secure reception area and fully AV equipped meeting and training rooms.
Avanta’s Chief Executive, David Alberto, said; “In the current economic climate, businesses are looking for competitively priced, flexible office space with full service support. The White City Development is a huge growth area which is set to become a key new business centre in West London, and this new centre is ideally located to capitalise on the influx of new employers to the community.”
