A training room
Our training rooms in London represent excellent value for money when compared with the tariffs of many hotels, but that’s not all.
Our business centres are dedicated 100% to business, so you can be sure your delegates will be accorded the proper service.
The training rooms themselves are designed for the purpose, offering multipoint Internet access, superb AV facilities (including plasma screens and LCD projectors as standard in many) and a choice of layout.
Our experienced meeting and training room coordinators will also be on hand to help you plan your event and ensure it runs smoothly.
That’s everything from catering to secretarial support – in fact anything you need to make the training session run smoothly – and we have excellent audioconferencing, videoconferencing and web conferencing facilities.
Add to all this free use of use of break-out areas for coffee breaks or informal discussions and you can be sure it will be a good meeting or training event.

A special event
In many of our business centres we can combine our meeting and training rooms to host larger events such as product launches, client parties and company conferences.
Again you’ll enjoy the facilities and services of a grade A business centre, as well as the support of our meeting and training room coordinators in arranging catering, AV, layout and special needs.
We can even arrange state of the art videoconferencing and audioconferencing so that you can involve international colleagues in your event.
A video conference
We can arrange videoconferencing in any of our meeting and training rooms in London W1, SW1, W6, WC1, EC2, Reading and Birmingham.
Our videoconferencing service is offered in association with Intercall, is as easy to use as a phone and is 100% compatible with other systems.
You can involve 2 or 2,000 delegates in your videoconferencing, using Intercall’s high quality video streaming across secure networks.

An audio conference
Our meeting and training rooms are equipped with Polyphone, an omni-directional microphone and speaker system for group audio conferencing use.
Simply book the time and space you need and either use your own audio-conferencing service or ours (offered through Intercall).
The Avanta audio-conferencing service is easy to use and requires no operator intervention and no reservations.
Audio conferencing participants can be based anywhere in the world and we can provide freephone or local rate access numbers if you need them.
Unlike many audio-conferencing services there are no cancellation penalties and no requirement for special equipment or knowledge.
