Signing the latest addition to its portfolio of London business centres, Avanta Managed Offices Limited has entered into a management agreement to run a new London business centre at 25 Sackville Street, London W1.
On behalf of Aldersgate Investments Ltd, Drivers Jonas Deloitte and Jones Lang La Salle have let the 23,000 square foot over ground and four upper floors at 25 Sackville Street, London W1, to Avanta, the leading provider of flexible work space and support for growing businesses.
The agreement comes just a matter of months after Avanta opened the doors of their most recent business centre property additions in Hanover Square and Cavendish Square.
The Sackville Street business centre is set to open its doors in January 2013 and offers tenants office space in a prime West End location –within 250 metres of Piccadilly Circus tube station.
Alan Pepper, CEO Avanta, said: “We have had over 12,000 enquiries over the course of the year to date, and of these, 30% are for office space in London’s West End.
“Taking on Sackville Street completes a hat-trick of West End additions to our office space portfolio and our agreement with Aldersgate Investments Limited is demonstrative that non-traditional lettings in Central London are a viable option for landlords who want to generate revenue in the short to medium term, in a competitive property market.”
