Rugby legends help Avanta sell out Sparks charity dinner
Rugby legends and TV and radio presenters have helped Avanta Managed Offices sell out its sponsored rugby dinner and live auction being held in aid of Sparks, the children’s medical research charity.
Taking place on Thursday April 15, at Vanilla in London’s Great Tichfield Street, the unique charity event will be hosted by rugby greats such as Kenny Logan, Peter Scrivener and Damien Cronin, as well as leading rugby commentator John Taylor and Kenny’s wife, award-winning sports TV and radio presenter Gabby Logan. After dinner, guests will enjoy a Q&A session with the celebrities, including a post 6 Nations ‘inquest’ from some of top stars from the rugby world, and then have the chance to bid on a range of amazing items up for grabs in a special auction.
“We’ve been overwhelmed with support for this great charity event, with all places being snapped up in record time, which demonstrates a strong commitment to support such a worthy cause,” comments David Alberto, Avanta’s managing director. “A powerful rugby theme in combination with Sparks, whose sole remit is to fund research across the whole spectrum of paediatric medicine, has proven to be a winning and well-deserved successful combination.”
