Our business centres are in premier locations and offer a wide range of facilities and services, to our occupiers and to external clients.
In this job you’d lead and coach a small team in areas that include reception, security, housekeeping, repairs, concierge services, post, technology and switchboard – and the list goes on!
Every day will present a different set of challenges, not to mention priorities, so you’ll need to be a great multi-tasker, who’s very well-organised and highly adaptable!
The other vital aspect will be customer service. That is, dealing with clients’ enquiries and requests quickly, efficiently and in a way that’s always professional and approachable!

You
For this job you’ll need the following:-
- A minimum of 2 years in a face to face customer service role
- A proven record of team leadership and face to face customer service, gained in a similar environment
- An organised, adaptable approach, with plenty of confidence in front of clients
- Strong all-round office skills, including MS Word and Excel
- A professional image with effective communication skills
