Location

VANILLA is located on Great Titchfield Street in the heart of London’s West End.  Just a few minutes’ walk from Great Portland Street tube station, some of London’s most famous landmarks are on the doorstep.  This central location ensures that VANILLA is a convenient venue to travel to, whether your guests are coming from the West End, City, or further afield.

AV and Catering

VANILLA can provide all the state of the art A/V equipment you would need no matter what type of event you are hosting.  If you’re delivering a presentation, VANILLA can provide LCD projectors, 2.5m x 1.5m screen, lectern, staging and wireless microphones; if you’re hosting a birthday party, then you’ll need the DJ booth with mixers and possibly a DJ too.

The onsite chefs can prepare mouth-watering canapés, or 3 course meals, to suit any dietary requirement, or budget. The team can design a menu to tickle any taste-bud.

Evening hire prices include all staffing and security as well as use of our A/V equipment (Wi-Fi, Large screen projector, DVD player, PA system, wireless microphone, and lecturn). Also includes dance floor lighting and music playlists. December bookings also include Vanilla's in-house DJ (4 hour set).

Capacity

Maximum capacity is 150 standing guests or 70 sit down guests.

Dry Hire

VANILLA also offers dry hire of the venue. Please contact us for more details and pricing.

Optional Extras

DJ Equipment Hire - £150 (2 x pioneer CDJ 900 + Pioneer DJM 800 Mixer)
Vanilla's In-house DJ - £400 (includes all equipment and 4 hour set)
Late License - £500 (Last drinks extended to 2:30am, music until 2:45am, and venue cleared by 3am). License must be agreed with VANILLA and paid for in full 21 days prior to the event date.

Client Discount

Avanta clients also receive discounts with VANILLA. 10% OFF day hire rates, and 10% OFF all food and drinks for evening and weekend bookings.

*12.5% service charge will be added to all food and beverage spends.
