Mailing address: have your mail delivered to our prestigious business centres in London, Reading or Birmingham. Mailing addresses make no mention of Avanta.
Mail forwarding: up to two addresses same day, with franking charged at cost.
London Non Geographic number: Your own 0203 numbers available, as well as national 08xx numbers.
- With automated call forwarding: our systems will forward your calls to your Avanta voicemail or to the phone of your choice (call charges apply)
- or call answering and management by Virtual PAs: experienced PAs in our call suite will provide call answering in your company name and care for your callers.
Fax forwarding: your own number and automatic fax forwarding to the email address of your choice
Free access to our wi fi equipped communal areas in all our business centres: drop in to any of our Business Centres to catch up with emails and use the free tea points.
Secretarial services at a discount: experienced secretaries in every Business Centre, providing the full range of office services.
Meeting and training rooms at a discount: available by the hour at all our Business Centres, from 2 person to 150 person.
Avanta discount on a range of products and services: we’ve negotiated discounts for our virtual office clients in many fields, from advertising to recruitment, computers to travel
Complimentary membership of our W1 private members club: based at our Business Centre in Great Titchfield Street, the club is wi fi equipped and serves drinks and snacks all day
